ABOUT PARTNERS IN MINISTRY

Partners in Ministry started in 1982 as an outreach, designed to encourage, equip, and empower people for ministry. We are a nondenominational missionary support organization, for Spirit-filled followers of Jesus who are eager to serve God wherever they are called. We have seasoned missionaries all over the world spreading the Gospel, and we help people who are just getting started.

MEET THE TEAM

Tom & Lucy Belt

FOUNDERS

Tom and Lucy Belt are the Co-Founders of Partners in Ministry. They began the ministry in 1982 with a heart of simply, “finding, encouraging and releasing others who are called according to His purposes.” Tom and Lucy have not only been successful with this calling in Partners, but they have encouraged countless people across the world to fulfill God’s calling in their hearts. They currently serve as Advisors to the PIM Board. As a composer, Tom has written many worship songs to express his great love for Jesus. Tom has served the body of Christ with music evangelism and worship leading, and in pastoral care, primarily in the Anglican Church. He retired from the Church of Jesus Our Shepherd in 2014 after over 50 years of ministry, but he and Lucy continue to minister everywhere they go.

Bobby & Nan Bullard

DIRECTORS

Bobby and Nan Bullard have been in some sort of lay ministry since well before they were married over 31 years ago. Bobby owns his own Land Planning business and Nan was a Special Education teacher in the public schools until God called her to homeschool their 5 children. Bobby and Nan are humbled at the honor of being Directors of Partners in Ministry, and they look forward to carrying on PIM’s incredible 30+ year legacy of worldwide evangelism and discipleship for many more years to come!

Grace Vollo

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Grace Vollo is the Director of Operations for PIM. Grace has been married to her husband Chris for 5 years and they have two daughters, ages 3 and 1. Grace served on the mission field in Mali, West Africa before beginning her work stateside supporting ministries reaching the unreached. Upon completing her MBA at Georgia Tech, she began to support PIM and their incredible vision of having no lack of resources to fund missionaries who desire to reach the lost by the year 2033 when the Bible will be translated into every language. She loves serving the ministry with her gifts and you may spot her with a baby on the hip at the next fundraiser!

Board Members

Bill and Mary DeBardeleben are long time members of the PIM Board. Mary, Bill’s bride of 46 years, went to be with the Lord in January, 2022. Bill, who was the treasurer of PIM for many years, has since moved to North Carolina to be closer to his family. He and Mary had three children and four grandchildren and now have their first great-granddaughter, Sophia. Bill is the Pastor of the Church of Jesus Our Shepherd which discontinued regular services in 2019, but stays connected with email prayer chains, semi-annual reunions and funding missionary work around the world. Bill is now getting involved in various ministry opportunities in North Carolina.

Bill Debardeleben

Justin McLoughlin is the the president of Syntact Neurophysiology, a medical consulting company. Brooke McLoughlin is a clinical psychologist and runs New Hope Psychotherapy in Grayson, GA. They have 7 precious children and their family has been significantly impacted by many of the missionaries, board members, and partners of PIM. They are excited to get to serve Jesus in this way.

Justin & Brooke McLoughlin

David and Stephanie have been focused in their purpose of making Jesus famous. As an electrical engineer, David was helping record the Jesus Film for a primitive tribe in the Amazon, recognized a need, and began developing solar projection systems to show the Jesus Film. David founded Renew World Outreach to produce these tools for missionaries worldwide. Renew uses emerging technology to spread the Word of God among those with no previous access. Stephanie was a single missionary in the Dominican Republic before she married David. They started their family while serving alongside Youth With a Mission in Albania. While helping David found Renew World Outreach in the Atlanta area, Stephanie home-schooled their two children, who both share their parents passion: that everyone would have access to God's Word in their own language.

David & Stephanie Palusky

Mark and Julie Bullard have been married for over 35 years. Tom Belt, the founder of Partners in Ministry, officiated their wedding back in 1990. Mark is a Sr. Network Engineer for Sutherland Global Services. Julie was a public school teacher until their first child was born and she was able to fulfill the calling that God had given her to be a Mom and homeschool their four children. Three of their children are now married and they have four grandchildren. Julie now works part time as a surgical neurophysiologist and spends as much time as she can with their grandkids. Mark and Julie support Partners in Ministry because they know that everything they give goes directly to missionaries in the field. "Through PIM we can support indigenous missionaries all over the globe who are reaching their own people groups with the gospel. We have not been called to international missions, but we can support those who have been called."
Julie is also the treasurer for PIM.
